My Blood Type is COFFEE :)

I LOVE COFFEE
I'm sure many will have to agree with me, for the reason they love coffee. Now, you will love it more.

The heavenly aroma of coffee keeps our senses awake especially when we are working on something important either at home or at work. The moment we start to drink it and gets into our system, the power of coffee suddenly restores our energy even if weve been working for long hours already. No wonder why people can manage as much as 10 cups of coffee a day. As for me, I’m good with just up to 2 cups a day .(Yeah, I'm kinda addicted to it.)

Now has anyone of you here bothered to look into the health benefits of drinking coffee? Of course, it would be a bonus for all of us to realize that aside from the heavenly taste that coffee has to offer us, there are after all health benefits that we can avail, convincing us to patronize coffee even some more.

If consumed in moderation, with 2 cups the most a day, is a good source of antioxidant. Have you noticed sometimes when you have a headache, you just drink coffee and your headache will vanish? First of all, the reason why you had that headache is because the oxygen supplied in your brain is not sufficient, and coffee is the answer.

Drinking Coffee can prevent various diseases and illnesses such as Parkinson’s disease, skin cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, liver-related sickness, etc. Meanwhile, with coffee as a good antioxidant, studies show that it can prevent certain types of cancer because of the presence of an anti-cancer compound called methylpyridinium. This compound is only formed when a coffee is roasted. Methylpyridinium is also present in instant coffee, caffeinated, and even the decaffeinated ones.

It is safe to say that coffee is one of the most consumed beverages today and the popularity of it continues to grow. Now that you know that there are after all good benefits of drinking coffee, you need not worry anymore every time you drink that favorite coffee of yours.
